I am sure CMQ faithfuls are more impressed than ASIC was. Even Bill Gates will be able to learn a lot from CMQ - resigning production executives and the sacking of key production personnels is the way to strengthen the company position as it moves towards commercial production.
And wonder why Mr Williams was not available for comments? He must be preparing for the ASIC hearing commencing next week and could that also explain why there were no shareholders newsletter after March?
And a NEW website is so new that the newest ASX announcements were 3 months old.
The sending of a small sample to NZ is aground-breaking logistic achievement, the subscribing of bonds with convertible options by death-spiral financiers is the same as the fianancier 'underwritting a capital raising'; dispatching container load of goods to a buyer of an unconditional sale contract (not financed by CMQ) and not reflecting sale receipt is 'goods being positioned' - have we not learn enough?
