Its all so very disapointing.
At a time when the SP was holding well above 2 bucks and a +ve feeling building KPs group puts up the ann. for change.
Why put up the ann now?
We expect positive news on deals, and the Anixter deal creates a strong base to grow from.

If all attempts behind close doors to sort complaints/ego's out failed then why post the ann. unsigned, without real details of a plan for potential board members being provided, and a clear agenda set, and why now ?
Its been 6 days since the ann. and nothing from KP on HC or officially.We have mostly just bickering and innuendo on HC from those who support KPs' group, and those who want more info. etc. ( note- nobody supports the complete current board as it stands ).

I agree that the response from the board..signed by JF was
pitiful and really plays into KP groups hands, and more than anything will hasten their downfall.
Using quotes from emails including the price of potential issues etc is unbelievable.
This does show that we really do need some stronger, more professional leadership and governance etc. Fine..what are we waiting for ?
It is worrying that the board suggests PC and Instacom have not purchased TZ stock as per agreement, and that the TZ group still offered placements to PC under such circumstances. Also that KP was offered placements, and yet TZ say he is not on register etc etc.
Also the bit about employees doing presenatations..who's employees? Mr Chews or TZ. It reads as if its TZ's.
If so who is in charge of these people !..a shambles..and
admitting this in an ann...amazing.

Basically as already stated its an embarrassment.

I hold plenty of shares and live now in hope that the potential of this company isn't destroyed from within.

KP. Please do something -put up a plan, details,anything, and quickly.
