Very well said! And a good assessment of the issues and the question marks that remain. I still can't believe the amount of damaging detail released by TZ and the inconsistencies that you have pointed out. Perhaps the timelines involved (eg when the dispute arose with PC and when he was offered a placement) were not clearly enunciated .... even so it beggars belief.

The main question marks remaining are ... why has this action been initiated now by the Pool Group and what is their next move. With more deals due to be signed and the company needing to raise capital to meet the requirements of the very promising deal with Anixter .. its paramount that this issue be sorted and soon!

I doubt that we will hear from KP on this forum under the current circumstances ... his legal advice would be against saying anything other than officially.
