I have just come back from overseas and I cannot believe what I have read. The announcement shocked me and the aim to oust the board also shocked me. I am not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing at this stage. I have no idea what to think of this and I am a little frustrated that this has happened at a time where real progress was being made. Things that I am throwing up in my mind:
1) The company is not going to make it through the next 3-6 months due to cash running out therefore drastic action needs to be taken now.
2) The company is going very well, has strong forecasts for cash flow, is on a solid footing financially and now is the time to take it to the next level.
3) There are things happening in the background that are not in the best interest of the company that we don't know about.
I am yet to make a decision on which direction to take other than to say that I truly hope that this significant distraction will not upset the best piece of news that we have had over the last 4 years - The deal with Anixter because the release that TZ sent out indicated that it will.
