    Thanks OMR, good stuff.While a lot of people on the HC board have been grizzling and bitching,I have been accumulating.My confidence in this company has not diminished, we have lots of good stuff ahead of us.I am also not distracted by the LTIP stuff, its a side issue as far I am concerned.
