IAM dealt direct with Jack in NAB "project outsourcing" who worked with IAM over a number of months to complete the 19 steps

18 steps completed and Jack sends the final step to Sarah in "project outsource approvals" for final signoff

Sarah has some questions to ensure all is good for Tom to signoff at Thursdays monthly outsource program meeting.

It gets signed of at the progam meeting and is ready for board approval at the next quarterly board meeting.

Board approve at Feb meeting.

ASX announcement is made by IAM.

Jim from Comms is pissed cos someone from IFA is contacting his team about some agreement that hasn't gone by his team

IAM go into a halt and everyone in NAB and IAM that was actually involved in this deal works out a way to pander to Jim to get the terminology correct, ensuring that they have followed "correct NAB process" and a new announcement is released.
