A new mill is a bit more than 15 mil
What was the refurbishment cost cost of the current one ? 17 mill a 4 mil in spares
This one would be from scratch so for a new mill, all depends on size, access to utilities etc
I am not familliar with all the components for gold processing but based on knowledge of similar crushing extracting mills I will take a stab at 100 to 200 million but wouldnt be surprised if it cost more. 15 mil 'might' cover the labour to build it
