The railway is the key. There will be Chinese and Indian conglomerates that will want to build it and they will want some major coal exposure to justify the capex involved.
These will be the obvious candidates for an export coal J/V with Walkabout. If a deal is done (and one should now be doable)it will put a price on WKTs coal assets and this in turn will drive WKts SP going forward. The ride will be exciting from here.!
