Richard Treagus built this company and the minute he left it dived.
Current Management have absolutely NO interest in retail Shareholders whatsoever and they've made that abundantly clear. Imagine the audacity of the CFO telling the Receptionist to tell you that any "complaints" would only be answered at the AGM in November!!!
