The gold price in Hong Kong went up 124 HK dollars to 9,068 HK dollars per tael on Monday, according to the Bank of China (Hong Kong).
The price is equivalent to 982.81 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, up 7.5 U.S. dollars at Monday's exchange rate of one U.S. dollar against 7.745 HK dollars.
