Not sure if paying for the ASIC profile will give us any great detail other than the person who registered the company.
It was registered at the Cannington office in Perth.
Whoever they are, they sure don't want to be known, which makes me wonder why - very suspicious? Is there some legal reason?
In investment terms, and especially when dealing with the ASX, I do not like business that is not open and honest and up-front.
I will e-mail PEV for details of Blackwood Resources, their director names and financing. If PEV refuse to provide clear, concise and honest information on this then I will sell my PEV shares - simple as that, because there are another 2,500 ASX listed companies to invest in.
Any sort of cloke and dagger partnership in this business is just rubbish, especially when we own PEV as shareholders.
Will let you know the PEV response.
