Today we saw a series of transactions of exactly 5133 shares at 0.12, all at exactly the same time, down to the second.

These were the only trades at 0.12, all the others were at 0.115. Towards the end of this series there was a sale of 100,000 shares at 0.12, again at exactly the same second as the series of 5133 sales.

This is someone driving the price up with a bunch of sales at 5133 volume then slipping in a big one to his advantage.

Now while we all like to see the SP go up, this method could be used to drive it down as well.

Surely this must be illegal.
