Is there anyone else to ask? Who may confirm Payment for the Shares "Purchased" in the Capital Raising Rounds 3 & 4,for Isity Global Pte Ltd, around Feb/May in 2017.
We have tried and failed with,
1.The KKL Board.
2.RSM Australia P/L. The Auditors for KKL.
3.RSM Choi Lim LLP, The Auditors for Isity Global Pte Ltd.
4.Charles Hunting. Executive Chairman, Isity Global Pte Ltd, during the period in question.
Perhaps we should ask those who received the Shares, namely 140 Foot Ventures(Singapore) Pte Ltd, and separately Gary Fitzgerald for Capital Raising 4.
Would you care to confirm Payment for your Shares in Isity Global Pte Ltd, acquired thru the Capital Raising Rounds 3 & 4?
Hard Copy Evidence would be acceptable, and it would remove any lingering doubt, that there was never any intention to be asked to PAY for these Shares.
Otherwise one could easily assume that Capital Raisings 3 & 4, were merely a vehicle to create a False Value of Isity Global Pte Ltd.
This was happily provided by RSM Australia P/L, when Gary Fitzgerald in Capital Raising 4, "paid" a 400% Premium over the most recent Purchase of Shares in Capital Raising 3. You can read the "Logic" on Page 29 of the I.E.R.
As it happens the ASX is still raising questions with the KKL Board to prove any "Value" in Isity Global Pte Ltd.
One of the several reasons that KKL is still suspended after 20 months.
The Shares issued to 140 Foot Ventures(Singapore) Pte Ltd, equaled 7,376,368, and at 0.08 cents, had a Value of $590,109.
Similarly the Shares issued to Gary Fitzgerald equaled 1,915,950, and at 0.08 cents, had a Value of $153,276.
A total of $743,385 worth of KKL Shares, calculated at the Acquisition Date of 19th July 2017. The price being 0.08 cents a Share.
You may remember that Isity Global Pte Ltd , were issued 31,250,000 Shares in KKL, at an assumed Value of of 0.08 cents, which amounted to $2,500,000, and this was an agreed amount to purchase Isity Global Pte Ltd, and of course the Performance Shares which were not paid out due to some difficulty meeting the Sales and Profit projections.
It is of great concern to me that NO ONE, has come forward to confirm that these Shares in Capital Raisings 3 & 4, were actually paid for.
The scale of these Transactions would suggest that the Financial Regulators should be interested in establishing the Facts.
Would any other Long Suffering Shareholder in KKL, like to know?
