    If these companies are not interested in making pennies by selling short and buying back, what is their point in buying a company like SLR that has been stagnant and not really providing confidence to the market for too long ?!

    Just like what is their interest in showing themselves as a substantial shareholder for 2 weeks and then reducing their participation to 4.9% ?
