It still seems obvious that the interests of a company are closely linked to the interests of its shareholders, even if it is true that unfortunately more and more company managers think above all about their own interests, as we have been able to see.
See recently with, for example, the takeover of DACIAN and its management board by GENESIS, a shameful financial arrangement which did not "move" ASIC and J. Longo...!!!
