Hi Jeanluc, to receive no reply apart from a corporate fob-off is pretty poor communication and indeed demonstrates some disdain towards its shareholders.
However, any company can always claim that the market sets the SP and so your underlying issue is "what has caused the fall in the SP?".
I am happy for others to provide alternative reasons but I offer the following:

• suspension of production at Sugar Zone (the major reason)
• failure to succeed with SBM takeover offer (shows board level weakness/poor planning)
• general perception by market of weak performance at board/management level
