    yes it is ----------- but, in a horrible kind of way - they could have interpreted their actions by their anthem

    ''Unity and Justice and freedom''

    Unity - come together
    Justice - to relieve what they saw as injustice from severe war reparations from WW1 - which put the country into serious hardship

    Freedom - to free themselves from such hardship.


    Ok - not a justification for what they did - but, what they did - could have been thought of as following the advice in the anthem

    Anthems, like laws and constitutions and flags and mottos - can be very dangerous things
