Well the USA restarting Nuclear power plants is true, nothing wrong with it's reporting on this restarting of Nuclear power plants, some things it has opinion pieces on might not be wholly true but the same goes with opinion pieces especially in the likes of the Guardian and our ABC, opinion's are a different thing, in that article i linked they are simply reporting on what the Federal government is saying and doing.
