So ESI are asking SH's to dilute their SHolding to the tune of $9.3 million (300 mill x 2c + 300 mill x 1.1c) for $4 mill cash".
Guess which direction this will send the sp in when this is announced??? glug, glug, glug, imo.
"What will happen when they need to raise the $100 mill as advised...? again, glug, glug, glug.
Who's best interests are being addressed? Management's or SH's? It will be hard to keep the sp above 1c with so many extra shares imo.
