Hard to believe that would be the case - 300 mill ESI and 300 mill ESIO on offer for $4 mill - you'd want a deal that good sewn up ASAP.
Keep money in the bank earning 5% interest or invest it in ESI and almost double it overnight - any simple businessman would take the latter surely.
Hopefully, being part of a larger transaction, whatever that may be, it will be favourable for ESI.
