How about security for ECT ??
Just a small example
Lets say Monash puts the 4 mil ,and then want exclusive rights on coldry & Matmor .
Where ECT will stand if Monash for a reason or 2 , goes under receivership ??
Maybe all this time delay is a lot to do with legal procedures .
And sometimes depends the partnership , those procedures are take ages .
