is a future slush fund for the alp and one thing for sure,

a slush fund with bipartisan support. any money so easily 'justified' from both sides must have suspect uses.

will it be for long term disability care only ? or can we add -protecting against disability?-disability legal support? -disability social awareness ?- disability advocacy? - to inflate the cost of disability equipment(already exhorbitant) ?- to prop up ailing hospitals? - and as a safety net for failed return to work clients.

This is the beginning of a disability industry imo.
Funnily enough coinciding with the natural decay of the department of veteran affairs due to falling numbers of diggers who remain.

    A tad cynical?
