Always going to be an issue when qualification to benefits is 'interpretive'.
There are certainly people with severe autism, that need help.
Others not so much.
I am supportive of people with disabilities receiving help from the government/taxpayer.
The current system doesn't seem to be the right way though.
Bleeding money to both providers and beneficiaries milking the system for maximum gain.
