All. Most legal teams won't take a case on unless they have a really good chance of winning. But it's a matter of how much the judge determines your losses are due to the misinformation, how much of the win the legal team retains for their efforts, and how much is left for me.
The whole process takes years,maybe 5 years, that's why it's a good idea for directors to consider what their announcing before they open their mouths.
