The need for a big property tax?

Some, and I am not talking about billionaires, I am talking about the elite, the protected, simply have too much advantage and wealth and high income given to them via market rigging and so forth.

Now the elite are spending on overseas vehicles because they can't spend overseas on holidays.

Where are the luxury taxes or at least some better property taxes for the wealthy?
