Who runs Cambodia? The government or the WWF ? Answer is the government.
Have not the Prime Minister and office of ministers just issued Emr with a statement in principal agreeing to the issuance of a mining licence as soon as the rezoning occurs. That’s putting a bit of muscle behind it. They are pointing out bluntly what is going to happen, and it is going to happen. Soon, not in 2-3 years time.
