I would have to confirm that I also have seen this cycle you speak of, many times now.
What we are witnessing is nothing more than power games. The banks need to exert their authority. For if this was not the case, then to a large part it would be a sort of cannibalistic act by the banks. I think Centro to a degree outwitted the banks at their own game, so now Centro is being disciplined.
