Bankrupt Unilife Seeks $1M In Bonuses For Top Brass

Law360, New York (April 26, 2017, 1:41 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt medical device maker Unilife Corp. asked a Delaware bankruptcy court Tuesday to approve a plan to pay four top executives roughly $1 million in bonuses in exchange for meeting certain performance goals and putting together a successful sale of the company.
