Point I'm making is in the biotech "early days", it was Governments (ie taxpayers) who funded medical research. Remember those days..?? All well and good but GOV picked up the tab if it didn't pay off... Whilst corporatisation of biotech has it's massive advantages, there is a "quid pro pro".. there is RISK. I aint so sure Corporate LAW and Politics has caught up with all this.. and have recognised there is a cost to that risk. NA
