    ? .. you are a white person ? if so you have never heard anyone refer to you in Thailand as the "farang' ?

    Also.. every girl lives by her nick name .. Nok, Noi, Jib, Tan, Peung etc etc etc .. and thats how you know them by, Thai never go by their real names.. ever, except when getting a passport or marry etc ..
    the reason for this .. is because then the 'ghosts' can't find you !! serious, it's a Buddist type thing ... my Thai BKK girl will not go to Phuket .. why ... because 'have ghost maak maak' ... lol .. serious ..
