as I understand, the 55 m is the maximum they can capture. I was told most firms have 2 -4 providers. assume 30 % is the most they will capture.
they bid on the logistics at cost plus a profit percentage. in theory every new job should improve margin overall ....... as costs are travel, rent, insurance and staff . relatively fixed
