there's always been a lot of innovation at BQT, but limited budget. They were punching above their weight. As long as their customers and distributors are happy, the products don't need to be flashy. They just have to provide reliable security.
I think there will definitely be synergy in putting the two R & D teams together. Maybe some cost savings opportunities too.
