There is almost no sellers at 0.006. It gonna be in this level till people who want sell it sell cheap (0.006). Then it's gonna be next VUL bc lithium definitely is not oil substitute. Money still been made in oil. Batteries gonna be just another problem in future. Just my 1 cent.
