Personally, I wonder why the players involved in this vendetta against ICG, don't just get on with their lives instead of causing themself so much angst.
Any future employer looking at this carry on by them against ICG, would I feel, think very carefully about giving them a chance to end up doing the same to their company.
ICG has obviously decided to take a different tact, and that is their right.
The ones doing all the complaining had their chances with the company, over many years, and came up with very little in the way of positive results, hence the decision by Inca to move on.
I say to these people to concentrate on your next chapter in life and get on with it.
Stop acting like children who had their lollies taken away.
