for the fib followers out there, and i don't know if this is even fib, but....
Prior wave high 16c, down to ~10c and settle before current wave (a 37.5% pullback)
Current wave high 25c, and a pullback of 37.5% makes ~15.5c
no doubt we now settle along the 15-16.5c line.
