I can understand there being some selling pressure for a few reasons. But won't there also be some buying pressure by people who want to participate in the rights issue? I don't see the stock dropping to 25c, so people who want cheap stock (25c) will need to pay higher price to get in.
Especially any bigger buyers who have been waiting on sidelines, would be a good opportunity for them to soak up any sell pressure plus get the RI shares.
