I wouldn't be surprised if this has been posted already but this is the most insightful speech I have seen from Dom.

This acquisition follows his model of thirds used with Destra in acquiring hosting companies. 1/3 stock 1/3 cash/debt 1/3 earn out. The track deal sees $12.8m of the $35.5m deal funded by stock (~36%).

Myself included spoke of Dom's interests being aligned with share holders and wanting to minimise dilution. However having only just seen this Speech directed at Start ups, IMO I believe he was always was going to fund a 1/3 with stock and we should have expected this large capital raise.

Purely speculative but I believe he was never aiming to fund the deal with more debt; rather more flexible debt that will kick-start the next acquisitions to come. All a good sign to load up.
