Well, he mentioned December and January as the best earners, so actually split. But you get where I'm going with it. 40% is huge. Perhaps why the earnout fee is so large.
Pro forma FY2015 results for track of $13.8m. From webinar. So a lot of work to hit that high earn out. Not saying it's not possible. Just saying cash position should be sufficient post rights issue. It will require shareholder approval. So I suspect this will be the last raising for the foreseeable future. (Apart from maybe for butler)
As in 150m shares all up. Beautiful company structure for future growth.
Also note the board didn't want to dip into cm8 cash reserves for crowd butler growth. He mentions them running it as a seperate entity from the UK. So I expect an Ann in the future regarding seperate funding for this. Thoughts?
Also I think it's highly possible that the intial acquisition term sheet stated a fixed or averaged currency exchange rate for purchase price. These guys weren't born yesterday. So I wouldn't worry about it breaking the bank.
