Why keep Britain and dump the French? Cannot see any logic in that at all.
It would make sense to appoint more permanent members like Mexico and Brazil, India, Germany and Pakistan, but South Africa??? Nigeria??? These have practically nothing to contribute to world peace enforcement, which is what the security council is supposed to do. Why not Zimbabwe grant??
