True enough, unless you have discussed this with colleagues, and unless you have studied international law (along with your colleagues) as part of under-graduate and post-graduate law.
It will take much, much more than a mere commentary on HC to bering about any change. Similarly, no existing member of the UNSC will willingly surrender their permanency status.
Arguments all over may weel be flawed, but so too is the historical, formative basis of the UN system (particularly, in the form of the UNSC).
It's relevance is dictated more in the axiom: To the victors go the spoils - than in the premise that it, or the UNGA is truly representative of the community of international opinion.
