HEMP BLACK / ink printed on suspension fabric, used for lightweight and comfortable seating, engineered with our HEMP BLACK / element yarn.".
I don't know anything about fabrics, however I recall that 'suspension fabrics' was a
feature of The Quantum Group Inc. I don't recall seeing that on any of the companies that HB acquired. I presume that this is a type of fabric construction that anyone can manufacture though?
A quick search leads me to Matrex (a part of Leggett & Platt Inc),
where a Knitmasters chair is featured, so our chairs are being sold through them as well. It's good to see that the HB yarn is being used in more products.
The only confusing thing is that Jeff / Quantum hold a patent titled 'Composite elastomeric yarns and fabric', so are we reliant on their patent to manufacture this stuff? I'm 'stuck' in Bangkok voluntarily so not working as I would be were I back in Aus. Plenty of free time.
I also enjoy the detective work and it helps me to learn stuff as well.
Unfortunately it's earnt me a bit of a beer gut.I suppose that's due to Ananda Health products being manufactured at Texinnovate. The gloves, (compression?) socks, etc. Newton is a decent source as his links aren't too polluted with non-relevant companies.
I own a little bit more than you, but not too much. Really makes you feel like a small fry when you look at it from a percentage perspective, rather than a money one.This has me confused as well.
The old Knitmasters company had 5280 National Center Drive, Colfax, NC, 27235 as its address (Quantum's), but that company was withdrawn 13 years ago. And that's not Greensboro
The only current company that had a change of address is Triad Polymers, but they simply added 'texinnovate' to the front of the current address, probably so that truck drivers could find them easier.
I can't find another associated address to any of the companies, but I'll try digging some more.
