It was part of the Texinnovate deal. GIRO LLC is a Jeff Bruner company and its address is actually listed as being at the Texinnovate building, which is going to be rebranded into Hemp Black Inc, Hemp Black Polymers, and Hemp Black Biomedical some time in the future.
I don't know how much storage capacity the Texinnovate building has, so I assume that this other one will be used as a storage / distribution centre, and the adjacent building probably for research purposes as there don't appear to be large openings which would accommodate the movement of large amounts of cargo.
Looks like there are gas pipelines running along the edge of the property, so I'm not sure how that would affect the development of any additional facilities, however there does appear to be plenty of room to expand the warehouse should the need arise.
