Ginaroony, Most shareholders know what to do with CMQ's wonderful management team!
Which of these 2 ACHEIVEMENTS is ground-breaking? CMQ under Dr Melrose who announced on 15 Dec 04 (QUOTE): CMQ also announced that it had shipped a small batch of CMQ microbial produced at the company APVMA approved pilot manufacturing facility to New Zealand. This IS IMPORTANT because it ESTABLISHES the LOGISTIC & TRANSPORT ROUTE between Western Australia & New Zealand” OR
CMQ under Mr David Williams announcing days ago: QUOTE:
In previous presentations we have referred to a series of goals we were targeting to achieve in the six months prior to 30 April 2006. Progress on these goals:
1.Appointment of Non-executive Chairman (DONE)"
The appointment of the chairman was the ONLY goal out of 8 listed as DONE! Have we forgotten the company was searching for a Chairman LONG BEFORE 30 April 2006? In the March General Meeting in 2005 (almost A YEAR AGO), Dr Melrose re-iterated his intention to give up the chairman position and again in the newsletter dated 4 August 2005, Dr Melrose implied the imminent appointment stating (QUOTE) “I have retired as CEO but will remain in an Executive position for a short transitional period. CMQ continues its search for a new independent non-executive chairman and we hope to make an announcement on that front in the NEAR FUTURE”.
Perhaps (my opinion only) Mr Williams should suggest to shareholders the doubling of board remunerations for such a grand achievement.
