Shareholder actions are stupid. You are just suing yourself.
Take your losses like a man. We've all lost money over the last three years. Think of those who bought Myer shares, Timbercorp, Great Southern, HWE, Sons of Gwalia, Onetel, etc, etc. They were all duped in the same or similar way with varying degrees of loss.
Who is more to blame, a Queenslander who doesn't tell the whole truth or an investor who doesn't glean the entire picture?
