Been doing my own research on CCU and found out from there recent "Quarterly Activities release" that test work on the sulphidic black clays (which makes up 30% of the resource) have yielded lower recoveries...Im not sure what recoveries there getting (they havent stated)...
However the 2-oxide ore types (which make up the remaining 70%) have yielded receoveries of 92% - 93%.
Is this a concern? Imagine they couldnt process 30% of the resource.. Would the project still go ahead?
