They haven't stopped acquiring new assets.
Agaiun, before this oil blcok, it was oil in seychelles, before that it was gas fields, before that it was shallow oil field in US, before that it was wind farms... THEY HAVEN'T ACCOMPLISHED ANYTHING FROM ANY OF THESE ASSETS.
What I would like, is for them to
1) acquire new assets
2) do something with acquired assets
No just
1) acquire asset
2) hype the market
3) let it fizzle out
4) Go to point 1
the new lease is in victoria., page-19
