CHM must be having some of effect.

In CHM posts and here at MMX, posters talk about how long and protracted this court case will be and their estimates indicate I recall a 2013 timeframe.

Then in other threads there is talk about iron ore prices and how that determines the final value paid by Mitsubishi for its 50% interest.

How could Mitsubishi write out a massive cheque to MMX and say here you go boys but dont spend any of it because this court case which will run to 2013 (according to some HC experts) claims the asset might not be yours to sell.


Either the case will be finalised quicker than believed or MMX projects have the potential to fall into limbo land.

MMX supporters call the CHM claim opportunistic but the same arguement if SOC is proved could be that MMX and its co-defendendents under old management were opportunistic in furthering Nicu (MMX) at the expense and in their expectations of CHM demise.

Now with CHM picking up rights to manage claim from part of the original Nicu fund raising team then its seems we are going to get closer to finding out how the whole CHM/MMX deal unfolded.
