    The claim might be weighing on sentiment....but that doesn't mean its valid.

    Mitsubishi knew about the claim when they signed the deal with MMX and it didnt stop them then so I can't see why it should stop them now.

    The latest announcements are part of CHM strategy to keep the pressure on MMX.

    I dont believe its valid but I would prefer if CHM crawled back into the hole they came from.
