Dont think we will see prospectus for couple weeks yet, still being finalised, not sure if we shareholders will be offered much stock , seems to be a push to get instos on board, Its a positive for the company going forward , but disappointing for loyal long term holders.New person to join board ,soon to be announced, will be good fit for the company moving forward. Asia still in the background , not dead, biggest concern there is potential breach of patent, accounts for main focus clearly is North America. Dont forget patents pending in Europe.
