Yes I think you should send an email off as they are proactive in wanting to protect their IP
Good find.
While youre at it tell them we want heaps of shares in the CR, I was told it is not like a rights issue so some pressure needs to be applied to let them know we loyal SH want our fair share.
we are the ones that have suffered the oppy dump over the last 12 months , some compensation should be due.
